The Newest Addition to Salud Properties

Salud by the Lake was born from a simple desire: to create a place where the extraordinary becomes everyday. Nestled on a hilltop in Mataas Na Kahoy, Batangas, this white-stucco villa was designed to offer uninterrupted views of Taal Lake — one of the Philippines' most dramatic natural landscapes.

Part of the growing Salud Properties family, the villa combines Mediterranean-inspired architecture with the lush tropical greenery of Batangas. The result is a space that feels both timeless and completely of its place.
